A graduate in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences and in Physiotherapy, she specializes in basic movement patterns and therapeutic exercise for neurological patients. She develops individual and group sessions, adapting the exercise to the needs and abilities of each patient.

She holds a Master's degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Barcelona (UB) and has experience using cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET) for the assessment and individualized, safe prescription of exercise, as well as in the monitoring and analysis of physiological parameters.

She was awarded the Prize for Best Presentation at the XIII International Congress of the Spanish Association of Sports Sciences for her presentation, "Structured and Individualized Physical Exercise Program for Neurological Patients."
