Research and spinal cord injury

Spinal cord injury is one of the most serious causes of neurological disability. Historically, it had a very poor prognosis and almost 90% of those affected died within the first weeks or months. Today there are multiple lines of research working to alleviate its effects and, perhaps, one day make these injuries reversible. Early therapies, exoskeletons, electrostimulation, stem cells? We will meet Lluís and Ricard and many professionals working in this field.
